There are so many merchants, where do I begin? |

| You can navigate CouponXpress.com by searching the online database, either by specific store, category (ex: apparel) or coupon type (ex: free shipping). Once you find the discount you want, simply click on the link or the coupon to be redirected to immediate savings.

What if there is no coupon code listed? |
|
|
| There may not be a coupon code on some merchants' discounts. This means the discount is embedded into the URL (or web address) where you will be redirected. In this case you do not need to enter a specific code; the system will already incorporate it as you shop the merchant's site. |

How do I use the coupon codes? |
|

| Many of the merchants we work with provide coupon codes that you can redeem at checkout. If there is a code available, simply click on it and it will automatically copy it to your clipboard. Paste the code into the designated area when checking out on the merchant's site. |

Can I print the coupons and take them to the store? |
|

| Many of the merchants we work with offer discounts online, meaning they want you to use their coupons to shop online. If a coupon can be used at a brick-and-mortar location, there will be an option to print it. Or, you can peruse our Printable Coupons (coming soon). |

What if the coupon does not work? |

| First, make sure you have entered the code exactly as it appears. Generally you will be able to just paste it into the designated area at checkout. Sometimes coupons become invalid because they have expired or the merchant changed and/or stopped the offer. If this is the case, please contact us using the contact form here. |

| Yes, if you see a coupon that you think we don't have, please submit it using the submit feature. |

What if I don’t see the discount at checkout? |
|
|
| If the discount is not showing up at checkout, we recommend you do not continue with your purchase. The discount should be apparent at checkout, so if you do not see it it’s likely not being calculated. It could be that the coupon has expired or the merchant decided to stop the discount without notice. If you suspect this is the case, please contact us using our contact form. |
